The whole staff at Lawless went out of their way to "wow" me during every step of the purchase process. I would definately buy again from them and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Jeep!

I have purchased two vehicles from Lawless and I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that the service department is doing an excellent job. The main reason for my comments is due in most part to the two individuals that make the service experience at Lawless pleasurable and worthwhile.
I'm speaking about Steve Pedro and Jaclyn McCarthy. These two associates constantly exude professionalism and customer service even under difficult conditions. Steve and Jaclyn carry the term "Multi-Tasking" to the nth degree, without ruffling anyone's feathers! Whether they are handling customers, tasks or technology, their skills are exceptional! It is because Lawless' personnel are extremely knowledgeable, competent and friendly that I will continue to bring my vehicles back for service and look to you for my new purchases in the future.

Driving to visit family in Winchester in early July became a major concern with a noise in the engine. Fortunately Lawless Chrysler is not far from our family in Winchester and we were grateful that you could address the car problems.
A special thanks to the blonde lady on the service desk who when we wanted access to the car to get things out that were needed, she tried to use her chair to reach into it and at that point, someone brought a ladder to retrieve those items.
